Hon'ble Justice K.R. Mohapatra had enrolled as an Advocate in Orissa State Bar Council on 07.02.1988. Has experience of 26 years at the Bar in different branches of Law including Civil, Service, Criminal and Constitution etc. Guardians and Wards Act, Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act, Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection) Act etc.
Worked as Additional Standing Counsel for the State as well as Orissa Public Service Commission.
Advocate for Central Cooperative Banks Limited., Keonjhar, National Institute of Open Schooling under the Ministry of HRD, Government of India, New Delhi and Neelachal Ispat Nigam Limited, Bank of Baroda etc.
Elevated as Judge of the Orissa High Court on 17.04.2015.
