Born on 3-2-1933. He entered Judicial Service on 24-10-1960 as Additional Munsif, Subordinate Judge, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Joint Secretary cum Addl. Legal Remembrancer of the Govt. of Orissa, District and Sessions Judge, Orissa and Presiding Officer, State Education Tribunal from 24-10-60 to 10-9-89. Working as Secretary to the Govt. of Orissa, Law Department from 10-9-1989.
He served as the Judge of Orissa High Court from 21.9.1990 - 2.2.1995.
