PIL Case Details

This PIL seeks the proper implementation of the nutritional programmes under the National Food Security Act, 2013 in the Odisha, at the grass root level. It prays for the setting up of a proper monitoring process and for issuing appropriate directions for improving infrastructure in the remote corners of the State of Odisha to ensure that various nutritional programmes reach the target ed households. It also seeks that the District Legal Services Authorities and the Taluk Legal Services Committees be directed to make the local population at the grass root level legally aware about the schemes and nutritional programmes, specifically in t he remote corners of the State.
